Dr. Tiffy George Roy is an experienced Medical Speech Language Pathologist working in the field of Speech Pathology for 15 years. Dr. Tiffy graduated from All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, University of Mysore India, with a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. Her work experience has been in hospital settings covering both acute, medical, and ICU as well as rehabilitation services. She also has extensive experience with both pediatric and adult population in the area of dysphagia and feeding difficulties and is actively involved in evaluating the swallowing ability and prescribing appropriate diet and swallow rehabilitation, including Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation. She has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of aphasia and dysarthria in people affected by a variety of neurological events, such as brain damage due to stroke, TBI, seizures, cardiac events and those who suffer from chronic diseases affecting swallowing and speech. In pediatrics, she sees patients across different age groups with different congenital disorders, developmental disorders and feeding aversions.
