What is it?
Botox is made from the botulinum toxin that temporarily paralyzes muscles from moving. When used in controlled quantity under medical supervision, it leads to aesthetic results in cosmetic procedures.
How does it work?
Small doses of Botox are injected into wrinkles or facial skin creases to freeze the muscles and temporarily smoothen the skin's appearance.
What are fillers?
Dermal fillers even out the hollows or troughs created by wrinkles or deep facial lines to give skin a smooth appearance. Several kinds of fillers are used to fill lines around the mouth, nose, and eyes.
How do fillers work?
Fillers are injected into the skin on areas that require filling out. Each type of dermal filler has a different percentage of hyaluronic acid and other substances and is used based on the client's need and skin condition.
What is it?
It's a procedure to rejuvenate skin, smoothen wrinkles, lighten scarring, and lift sagging skin using radio frequency. The basic procedure has existed for many years but has evolved to incorporate Radio Frequency (RF) for more targeted results.
How does it work?
Ultrafine needles are used with radiofrequency waves from LED lights to micro-puncture skin. The combined effect of micro-puncturing and RF waves stimulates the skin to begin its repair response, which triggers the body to produce collagen and elastin, which give skin elasticity. The repaired skin emerges smoother and younger.
RF Micro-needling can also incorporate PRP or Platelet-Rich Plasma to enhance the skin's glow and elasticity.
