Control Constipation Issues in Children

Control Constipation Issues in Children

These days, children are less active, and have longer screen time, in this period of online learning and social distancing. Many kids, therefore, face constipation problems.

You should ensure that children remain active and take an adequate amount of fluid intake. Make sure you give them the right amount of fibers in their diet like leafy vegetables and fruits.

Consult our telehealth for therapeutic advice, if your child suffers from a hard stool, which is infrequent and difficult to pass. But if your child has significant abdominal pain or vomiting along with constipation, then bring him to the hospital for doctor examination.
