As a seasoned human resources professional, Roudaina Haddad Hachem is highly skilled in managing human capital with an extensive track record within the Healthcare industry.

She brings a vast knowledge of around 18-years in the health care sector, where she worked as a senior human resources consultant and director, in her recent past roles. 

Currently, she holds the Human Resources director's position at American Hospital Dubai. Her responsibilities are to offer HR advisory services and build effective HR processes, programs, and a competency-based HR framework. She oversees the designing, developing, and implementing training and development activities, staffing plan, rewards program, recruitment strategies, establishing and tracking HR metrics, and creating HR reports, among many other tasks.

Roudaina holds a master's degree in Human Resources Management and a master's of Arts, Public Administration from the American University of Beirut. She is also selected for Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma the International honor society for collegiate schools of business American university of Beirut Chapter.
