Rohit Gandhi is a finance professional with 26-plus years of experience in the finance spectrum, including finance functions, cost optimization, performance management, and business strategies across manufacturing, telecom, consulting and, particularly, healthcare.

With a strong interest in Information Technology, he has successfully set up large-sized green field hospitals/clinics and, as a business facilitator, deployed ERP, HIS solutions, and numerous IT initiatives such as business process re-engineering, business operations support, and efficiency projects.

He has vast experience setting up back office/shared services centers, harmonizing business processes and optimizations to cut wastage and duplication and instituting a common playbook.

Before moving to the UAE, he worked as the CFO for a sizable network of hospitals with multiple locations, and in his free time, was a visiting faculty member teaching finance and business management on numerous platforms. He was chosen by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India to help establish cost accounting guidelines for India’s service industry.
