Assistant Professor Dr. Hatem Moussa is American Board Certified since 2006 and a fellow of American College of Surgeons, he is an international expert of Robotic / minimally invasive surgery and a certified trainer for Robotic surgery. He performs varieties of complex cases including colorectal, cancer surgeries, breast, thyroid and parathyroid, soft tissue cancer, stomach and gastrointestinal diseases, he is specialized as well in repairing all types of hernia including abdominal wall reconstruction using Robotic technique. He completed his Surgical training at State University of New York SUNY Downstate, Brooklyn NY in 2005 then he was appointed as Assistant Professor of Surgery for few years after. Assistant Professor Dr. Hatem Moussa has completed a mini fellowship training in Robotic thyroid surgery at Tulane University.
