A dedicated professional with extensive experience in providing support and attentive care to patients, leading staff, and managing nursing department operations, Sameh has a significant background in coaching nursing staff and initiating healthcare activities to improve clinical service delivery and patient clinical outcome. Sameh has proven expertise in clinical assessment, quality improvement, risk management, patient advocacy, budget administration, new units and scoops of services commencement, staff management, performance evaluations, team leadership, and conflict resolution. He was the  chief nursing officer at  Abdali Medical Centre, Amman, Jordan, prior to which he was with American Hospital as assistant chief nursing officer / acting chief nursing officer.  Sameh holds a master’s degree in health care administration from Walden University, USA and a bachelor of science in nursing from Jordan University of Science & Technology.
