Eight years working as a physiotherapist at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Scotland, and providing high quality physiotherapy care assessments and formulating patient centered treatment plans for inpatients with varying clinical needs. During that time specifically spent four years managing rehabilitation needs of patients with neurological conditions such as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis and stroke. Passionate in creating and devising tailored treatment plans that address patients’ needs effectively with an aim to restore independence and functional ability. Experienced in collaborating with other health care professionals in the multidisciplinary team to meet the complexity of patients’ needs with language, cognitive or behavioral problems. Proficient in recommending walking aids, splints, and creating personalized exercise programmes that address patients’ needs most effectively. Particularly motivated in the application of evidence-based treatment techniques and supporting patients through challenges of recovery after illness.
