Mr. Thomas J Murray, FACHE
Chief Executive Officer


Mr. Thomas Murray has over 37 years of experience in integrating operations, planning and program development within a variety of healthcare environments.

Thomas Murray has served as the CEO of four institutions. Most recently, at Mount Nittany Medical Center, in State College Pennsylvania, he spearheaded efforts to position the Medical Center for growth as a regional leader in healthcare. With Penn State, he developed collaborative projects, added speciality services and began the incorporation of the Medical Center Foundation. While CEO of Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, he expanded the role of the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation and facilitated the purchase of the St. Joseph East facility. As Director of the University of Missouri Hospital, he developed the Children's Hospital and was responsible for merging the Ellis Fischel State Cancer Center into the University Health System.

He received his AB and MHA degrees from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, he served as the first Chair of the Board of Visitors for the Penn State University Health Management Program and also held faculty appointments at the University of Missouri and the University of Kentucky. He served in leadership positions in various state and National Healthcare organizations.

Mr. Santosh Marathe
Chief Financial Officer


Mr. Santosh Marathe has an MBA in Finance from India, with over 20 years of professional work experience. His working stints involved Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, IT & Healthcare.

Santosh Marathe has 8 Years of Healthcare experience with Apollo Hospitals Group, India. Prior to joining American Hospitals, Dubai, Santosh was Vice-President Finance of the Bangalore unit in India, a 275-Bed Superspeciality Hospital. His work experience covers financial & internal governance with an exceptional ability of leveraging IT Technology for the day to day Healthcare administration. As Chief Financial Officer of AHD, Santosh will have overall responsibility as the Department Chief of Finance, Billing, Insurance, IT and Materials Management departments.
   
   

Mr. Graham Orme
HR Director


Mr. Orme hails from the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ashwood University and a Master’s in Personnel Administration from Earlscraft University. He is a Certified Professional from the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI).

In 1990, after holding several positions in London, he moved to the Middle East.
His career has progressed with positions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
   
   

Ghanim Khamis Al Marri
Director, Public Relations


Ghanim Khamis Al Marri is the Director of the Public Relations Department at American Hospital Dubai since 2002.

He is responsible for looking after our VIP Patients, corporate patients and coordinating with departments for Public sector issues. Prior to this he worked as a Patient Relations officer when he first started working at AHD in 1997. Before this, he worked at Emirates Airlines as a Ground Operations Supervisor.
   
   

Mr. Stephen Fenn
Director, Facilities Management


Mr.Stephen Fenn holds a 1st Class Marine Engineering degree from John Moore’s University, Liverpool and has over 35 years of facilities management experience.

Early in his career he spent time in the Energy sector working for Texaco Oil and Nuclear Electric PLC. His significant healthcare and hospital experience includes work for the Central Manchester NHS Trust and most recently he served as the General Manager of Facilities for the Manor Hospital, a large private hospital in Oxfordshire. He has a strong working knowledge of JCIA Standards and is a member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology. As Director of Facilities Management, Stephen will have overall responsibility for Engineering, Housekeeping, Bio-Medical, Food Services, and Security Departments.

Ms. Dalia Gamil
Director, Sales and Marketing


Ms. Dalia Gamil has an MBA Degree from Southern New Hampshire University, U.S.A. and Bachelor of Pharmacy from Cairo University; with over 17 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Healthcare Industry.

Early in her career she spent time in the Market Research and Sales Sector of Pharmaceutical industry working for IMS, Hoechst Roussell, Eli Lilly & Company, and Janssen Cilag. Her significant healthcare and hospital experience includes work for the AstraZeneca and most recently she served as the Marketing Manager of Dubai Bone & Joint Center of Dubai Healthcare City, a semi-government organization in Dubai. As Director of Sales and Marketing Dalia will have overall responsibility of Marketing, Sales and International Patient Relations.
