This program is conducted for colleagues who are selected to be the Hospital in-house trainers or people who are involved in representing American Hospital in the community for conducting short trainings or presentations. This training will focus on:

	Identifying learning styles.
	Writing a Learning outcome.
	Writing and delivering trainings.
	Public Speaking.
	Engaging learners.
	Making training sessions interesting etc.
